Pharmacist - Billings, MT

406 RX PLLC is owned by three Montana pharmacists who are committed to maintaining pharmacies and providing excellent healthcare services to rural areas. We operate several pharmacies across the state and pride ourselves on being at the forefront of independent pharmacy. Our team is innovative and actively involved in exciting projects that are shaping the future of pharmacy and healthcare.

Compensation (Non-Exempt):

$54.00 - $65.00/hour DOE

Location:

Downtown Family Pharmacy – Billings, MT

Schedule and Hours – Fulltime:

9:00am – 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Thursday

*Note: Schedule flexibility may be available.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily telepharmacy operations, including inventory management, medication stocking, and prescription processing.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., Controlled Substance Act, HIPAA).
Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care.
Review and verify prescriptions remotely using telepharmacy software.
Ensure prescriptions are dispensed in compliance with state and federal laws.
Train pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other support staff to ensure a high level of patient care and pharmacy efficiency.
Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Experience in leadership or pharmacy management preferred.
Willingness to travel as needed for pharmacy support and professional development.

Education/Licenses:

Current State of Montana Pharmacist License required
