Transferring Your Prescriptions

Prescription Transfer Notices:

Transferring your prescription will result in the prescription being void at your previous pharmacy. If for any reason you wish to receive your prescription at your old pharmacy after transferring, we will need to transfer the prescription back.

It is against DEA regulation to transfer Schedule 2 medications between pharmacies (ex. Hydrocodone, Adderall, Oxycodone, Morphine, etc.) Schedule 3-5 medications can only be transferred one time, after being filled at least once at the original pharmacy (ex. Alprazolam, Diazepam, Phentermine, Pregabalin, etc.)
